Semi-Annual Corcoran Lagoon & Coastal Cleanup, Santa Cruz - May 2023

 The Santa Cruz Alliance for Ocean Conservation conducted it's first semi-annual Corcoran Lagoon & Coastal Cleanup on May 27, 2023! Though it was the first for the alliance, it was the 46th for David Schwartz, retired Cabrillo College oceanography professor and current COI Education Director. This cleanup was small but mighty - 18 people collected over 40lbs of trash that could have made its way into the ocean. You can read more here.
