1st Semi-Annual SCOCA Corcoran Lagoon & Coastal Cleanup
The Santa Cruz Ocean Conservation Alliance conducted it's 1st semi-annual Corcoran Lagoon & Coastal Cleanup on
May 27, 2023! Though it was the first for the alliance, it was the 46th for David Schwartz, retired Cabrillo College oceanography professor and current COI Education Director. This cleanup was small but mighty - 18 people collected over 40lbs of trash that could have made its way into the ocean. You can read more here.
